YONI Mudra – What is it and why practice it?

In Sanskrit, hasta means “hand” and “mudra” means “gesture”, “seal”, “stamp”. So, hasta mudras are hand gestures that seal the energy flow in our body in a particular way and direct it towards the way we want it to go, thus positively act on our mood or make subtle mental and physical changes in our energy body. Yoni mudra is representative of Shakti and feminine powers

Some of the explanations as to what to do during these times, can be found on my website such as mula bandha, during my classes, or in Yoni Shakti (A Woman's Guide to Power) by Uma Dinsmore Tuli.    I am honoured to be part of this movement and I will do what is in my power to stop this abuse from happening.
