Yoga in pregnancy is a very much recommended physical practice as is walking and swimming. It is important to remain active throughout pregnancy but also to know what to practice and where those muscles that are incredibly important during birth are. Hence, in my yoga classes, the female Mula Bandha for pregnant women is one practice that we always repeat. In addition, I would recommend this to be practiced on a daily basis.
