what will you get?

All our yoga and meditation classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners and pregnant women. Modifications will always be offered. Our intention is to provide ongoing practice opportunities for new and proficient students in yoga and meditation.

Each week will focus on a particular spiritual theme which will be explored throughout the week in the other offerings.

Your monthly membership will give you access to our live classes over Zoom, as well as to our library of archived recordings where you will be able to listen and review any of our talks or classes.

You will get an ongoing support for all your needs.

If you are a yoga teacher, a continued membership may count towards your CPD hours which you can record with Yoga Alliance. Please talk to us further if this is the case.

WE AIM TO OFFER

benefits

Consistency

The non-negotiable key to any long-term spiritual transformation is discipline, patience and practice. To walk a path entirely on your own may be lonely. Practicing with a sangha is a wonderful way to benefit from group support and accountability.

Affordability

Our financial model is based on the spiritual principle of generosity or dana. In this model, you don’t pay for a service, per se, rather, you choose your level of support that is within your means.

We will be offering about 16 classes per month, which would be roughly £200 per month at the drop-in rate. If you are able to participate as a supporting member in our sangha, our lowest-tiered suggested level of support is £25 a month. While £25 a month is an obvious saving, it’s your monthly pledge that sustains our ability to offer these teachings.

Cultivation of Virtue

In many traditional cultures, the teachings on the dharma are freely offered. This ensures that the teachings are not corrupted by the self-interest of the teacher and also that they are available to anyone with a sincere interest. In adopting a dana model of support, every member of our sangha is held within a virtuous circle of support. If you have the financial means, your generosity allows Samra and our support teachers to give these teachings freely to those who cannot afford to offer financial support. And if you can’t afford a Sustaining Membership now, you allow the teachers to cultivate their own generosity by making their teachings freely available to those in need.

It is not always easy to get what you want even when you have the clear understanding what you want. With clear intention and mind, and with guidance it is much easier to get there. When you are prepared to put the hours, you’ll reap the benefits. This programme is given by a yoga teacher who understands the yoga and wellness industry
