Yoga for All – Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity

As a yoga business, our motto has always been YOGA FOR ALL and ALL means people of all racial, ethnic, religious and gender backgrounds and sexual orientations as well as people of all abilities and disabilities. We take pride on being able to teach yoga to children and adults with special and additional needs. I am honoured to be part of this movement and I will do what is in my power to stop this abuse from happening.

Womb Yoga Manifesto

This is a useful reference for all of those who attend and run yoga classes. Some of the explanations as to what to do during these times, can be found on my website such as mula bandha, during my classes, or in Yoni Shakti (A Woman's Guide to Power) by Uma Dinsmore Tuli.    I am honoured to be part of this movement and I will do what is in my power to stop this abuse from happening.

Kali, the Goddess of Time and Change

People have worshipped the great feminine for a very long time. These goddesses and mystical feminine archetypes appear in Vedic and Tantric teachings, as you would expect.
