YACEP

YACEP, or Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® is a designation provided to yoga schools and individual yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance (US) of senior standing and sufficient understanding of yoga and meditation in order to provide further education.

With Head and Heart Yoga and Samra Hasanovic Juson who is a registered E-RYT and YACEP, you can feel confident that you will be able to get that further education hours to satisfy your RYT needs.

Become part of our mentorship programme, and let your hours count towards your professional development. With the mentorship complete, you will receive a YA certificate granting you 25 hours of continued professional development.

YOGA & MEDITATION CLASSES

Yoga mentorship programme

The mentorship programme lasts for 12 weeks
It is an interactive programme and includes:

  • 12 weekly interactive group or individual calls to work on developing, refining and bringing your business to life

  • Three Q & A group sessions to discuss your current progress, challenges and current projects

  • Guided meditations to tap into specific energies for enhancing your workflow, productivity and creativity

  • A group session with Samra on teaching pregnancy yoga to empower you to receive pregnant women in your yoga classes

  • A group session on business part of yoga – detailing in branding, USPs and helping you with your online presence.

  • Three pre-recorded Yoga for Women practices especially created for this programme.

  • Ongoing support

  • 25hr CPD points recognised by Yoga Alliance

  • A beautiful Maha Mala mala necklace (or a powerful pair of yoga leggings from our shop) (free P&P)

  • A powerful mantra to work with daily

  • A certificate of completion.

    All of this for just £800 (may be paid in 4 instalments)

DHARMA PROGRAMME

What will you get?

If you are a student and you require guidance, Dharma Programme consists of Golden and Silver packages:

Both packages have the following:

  • An initial 75 minutes consultation

  • A bespoke yoga and wellbeing plan tailored to your needs (in writing) containing daily physical practice (asana), Pranayama (breath techniques), meditation and general wellness plan which may contain food (ayurvedic) recommendations (Golden Dharma)

  • A follow up 1-1 session to review after 3 weeks

  • Online sessions are recorded and recordings offered for a limited period of time.

  • Ongoing support

  • 60 mins final session

  • In addition to the above, Golden Dharma package contains a beautiful Maha Mala mala necklace (or a powerful pair of yoga leggings from our shop) (free P&P)

  • A powerful mantra to work with daily
