Head and Heart Yoga (hereby referred to as “the Studio” or “We”) is owned and operated by Samra Hasanovic Juson.

Practitioners and teachers at the Studio

All practitioners and teachers at the Studio are appropriately qualified and insured with recognised professional organisations. They are all self- employed.

Classes

Pre-Booked Classes – Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable. No-shows automatically incur the full charge.

Studio Credit must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated. No refunds are available for any fully or partially unused credit.

Block Booking is valid for 6 week block-booking – any 60 minute class, starting from the date of booking. It is not refundable and cannot be suspended for any reason.

Private 1-1 classes are specifically tailored to the individual needs and suited to all abilities.

Children/Family yoga – Family yoga class is suitable for both parents and their children. Price is per 1 adult and 1 child. Any additional members will be charged extra per family member.

The Studio reserves the right to change a teacher and/or classroom at any time and may alter its class timetable without notice. No refunds will be given in this respect.

Workshops and Courses

When booking a workshop/programme, please note that a refund can only be provided on cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date. After that, there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. You may pass on your booking to a client, as long as you notify us via email (samra@head-and-heart-yoga.com). Please note that no refunds will be offered the day before or on the day of a workshop. If a workshop is cancelled by us, you will be offered a cash refund, or the option to transfer to another workshop of equal value.

Website

The copyright, intellectual property rights, contents and any downloads from the Studio website are owned by or licensed to Head and Heart Yoga. Trademarks (registered or otherwise) used on the Studio website belong to Head and Heart Yoga.

The Studio has made reasonable and not misleading efforts and acted in good faith to make sure that all information provided in its website is accurate at the time of inclusion. The Studio makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided through its website, including any links or any other items directly or indirectly related to the Studio’s website. The Studio reserves the right to move, alter or make changes or corrections to its website at any time without notice.

This website is operated by Head and Heart Yoga. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “studio” and “our” refer to Head and Heart Yoga . Our store is hosted on sitebuilder.com and Glofox. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Returns Policy

Head and Heart Yoga is proud to provide you with quality products, but understand things don’t always work out. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept any merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached within thirty (30) days of order ship date for a full refund.

Simply email us giving us the reasons for return and we will then advise you of the address for the returns. The returns will be processed within g10-14 business days once they have been received on our end. You will have to pay shipping one way. Our Privacy Policy

The Studio is committed to protecting your privacy. We will thus not rent/sell, disclose or distribute your information to any third parties, apart from those organisation who we contractually deal with in order to maintain our systems and controls to process data (for example to process the class booking and payment).A copy of our detailed Privacy Policy can be obtained upon request.

Your Personal Data

The Studio may ask for personal data from you in order to help us improve the services we offer. You are however, under no obligation to provide such data, other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address. Any further information we request is completely optional.

Head and Heart Yoga as a business have a genuine and legitimate interest to store personal information requested in our health questionnaires. We have a legitimate interest to protect the student during a class and make necessary adjustments to meet their needs. Information stored is the information provided in our health questionnaire.

Head and Heart Yoga may use the information collected as part of their contractual relationship with the student, for example, may process personal data to provide a product of service such as a yoga class, retreat or other related services.

We take privacy very seriously and always manage everyone’s data responsibly and take great care to keep it safe and secure. Your personal information will not be shared unless required to do so by law.

You consent that you understand that we will collect and store your personal data­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ for legitimate business reasons and as such, may be using different systems and controls to process that data, including external providers. We will disclose your personal data to our service providers, including Glofox and Stripe, which supplies our business management platform and booking and payment applications. Glofox and Stripe are both subject to certain obligations with regard to the security of your personal data.
