Yoga Classes
We offer live in-studio classes or streaming live classes (done from your own home, at the specific time or on demand).
I love to work with all different class styles which serves as a great balance both on physical and psychological level. It is my honour to embrace each student’s search for personal growth and well-being.
All classes are suitable for all levels of students. Students get to learn and practice the basic elements of yoga – pranayama (breath technique), asana (postures), meditation and may progress further in their own spiritual way. The use of easy yet powerful yoga postures teaches you how to begin your yoga practice. At Head and Heart Yoga, I will explain in details on how to do yoga and common mistakes and alignment corrections. I will demonstrate the ways to adapt the sequence to your needs so you can practice at ease and at your own pace and style.
It’s all about listening to your body. It’s important to remember that the key to effectively practicing yoga is pranayama or controlling your breath. Head and Heart Yoga honours the body bringing strength and flexibility through the practice of asanas, increasing healing and energy. Together with the meditation and relaxation techniques, you can achieve the perfect balance: a healthy body, a calm mind and a peaceful soul.
Classes are £12.00 per class pp (£14 for pregnancy/special yoga) or you can decide to join our sangha and support us on a monthly basis. The minimum support is £25 per month, or, you can opt for other packages including a beneficiary (free) membership – if you are unable to afford membership right now.
