Head and Heart Yoga is a small yoga studio based in Sewards End, Saffron Walden, Essex. It is run by Samra Hasanovic Juson, a highly qualified E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® registered with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals and a member of British Wheel of Yoga.

Samra Hasanovic Juson

Samra Hasanovic Juson is a E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® registered teacher who specialises in women’s, family and yoga for special needs. She is a mum of three who has been practising yoga for over 20 years. All Samra’s classes are designed to allow the students to achieve their full potential including their inner peace, joy and comfort.

Head and Heart Yoga is a small yoga studio based in Sewards End, Saffron Walden, Essex. It is run by Samra Hasanovic Juson, a highly qualified E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® registered with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals and a member of British Wheel of Yoga.

The YACEP designation is designed for experts in the yoga community to set themselves apart and teach courses that qualify as Continuing Education hours for RYTs. Head and Heart Yoga are proud to be able to offer courses to Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®s) so that their training counts toward meeting their Yoga Alliance CE Requirements.

All the classes are designed in a unique and special way, integrating remedial advantages of yoga and appropriate for all people including those with special needs.

Head and Heart Yoga store prides itself for stocking beautiful, fair-trade spiritual jewellery and comfortable and great-looking athletic clothing from known global brands such as Onzie, Satya Jewelry and Maha Mala.

Yoga For Women

By honouring your body’s natural rhythm and re-connecting with feminine consciousness; you will be working with your life’s flow of energy. Yoga for Women promotes connection, intuition and creativity. All the sequences are designed to include asana (posture), pranayama (breath awareness), bhava (feeling), mudras (hand gestures) and movement and/or seated meditation. All classes finish with nourishing and re-vitalising Yoga Nidra which focuses on self-acceptance and contentment.
