This week we are doing a balanced practice of the whole body. Starting with Nadhi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) pranayama, upper body and lower body practice including joints.

This week we are taking it slow – a yin like practice focused on the upper body. Opening and strengthening the upper body, using the hand mudras (hand gestures; known as energy locks) and mantras – vocalising and pranayama.
