This drink has become our family’s green juice elixir. It’s full of vitamins and minerals and depending on fruit additions, it is also delicious in taste (although, I should add, the children take some time getting used to it)! It eliminates toxins and is great for liver cleansing and supporting the kidney function.

You can adjust the volume of vegetables and fruit as you see fit, but the essentials are greens!

This drink is high in potassium (which we need to absorb calcium), B-group vitamins, sodium and iron. Can be used to aid detox or just aid your way through the day!
